Return Policy
At Danny Gray your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know that a seat is a personal addition to your motorcycle and sometimes it is necessary to return or exchange an item. 

All stock seats need to be returned to the original dealer where you seat was purchased. 

We want to make it easy for you to get the right seat for your bike, and we’ll be as brief in describing that process, as our attorneys will allow. If you purchase a standard seat directly from Danny Gray, via our website or phone, you have up to 30 days after receiving it to let us know if you are dissatisfied in any way*. In that unlikely event, we ask that you contact us by calling 1-888-443-2669 or email info@dannygray.com.

If the product was bought through a dealer, please work directly with that dealer in returning your product.

If the product is to be returned, we will issue a Return Authorization number and a call tag for the seat to be shipped back to us. Once the product is received, we will call or email you regarding the results of our inspection. Shipping will not be refunded for returned products.

As long as the seat, as we like to say, has not been ‘junked up’ (i.e. been modified or misused, damaged by an accident, or damaged from "an act of Nature", e.g., flood, tornado, earthquake, fire, etc.), shows only normal wear and tear, and returned within the time frame above in its original condition and packaging, we’ll exchange it for a another product of equal or lesser value or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Any modifications to the Product will void the warranty.

*NOTE: This policy is not applicable for modified standard seats or custom seats.

Each Danny Gray seat is handcrafted 100% in the US at our facility in Southern California.  Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days after the order is received and verified.  Depending on the seat style, stitch pattern, and leather type, we do ship some orders faster but please be patient as we make your seat to very exacting specifications to help ensure your 100% satisfaction.
